The front office was recently remodeled and updated with several software upgrades. These updates include a new networked job control software. We are now ready to handle all future job requirements that our customers may need and any questions they may have.

The back office contains our customer meeting area where new and existing customers can meet with S & B staff and look at a general sampling of the type and quality of work we provide. We also use this area for our CAD/CAM programming workstations utilizing the latest design software and CNC programming software.

Building 1 contains a large assortment of presses as well as the assembly area. We have 40+ presses of various styles and tonnages including coining presses, OBI's, air cushion presses and hydraulic ranging from 5 to 400 tons.

Building 2 was the original workshop when business started in 1984. Today it is where the majority of the die making is planned out and put together. Also here are our various mills and lathes with bar feeding capabilities to aid in low cost, high production orders. We also run our two Mitsubishi Wire EDMs here, these machines can cut thru 8" of hardened steel with a .006" dia wire.

Building 3 houses the CNC and manual mills. It also contains the Welding and Shipping Departments. The Welding Department, along with it's robot cell, has the capabilities to fabricate even the most complex assemblies, while the Shipping Department makes sure your parts get to you on time and efficiently. Building 3 also contains our 5000 watt laser, water jet and high precision press brake.

Building 4 is used to store finished products and raw materials. There is over half a million pounds of material in all different shapes, from sheet metal to coil stock, and round bar to flat stock. We can process any material needed for your job requirements.
